TERMS OF SERVICE.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Galor Analytics ("Service"), operated by Galor d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia, European Union. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Service" — The Galor Analytics platform, including the dashboard at app.galor.group, the tracker script (g.js), the ingest API at signal.galor.group, and all related features.
- "You" / "Customer" — The person or organization that creates an account and subscribes to the Service.
- "End Users" — Visitors to websites tracked by the Service (your clients' website visitors).
- "Website" — A domain or subdomain registered in the Service for analytics tracking.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate registration information (username, email)
- Be at least 18 years old or have the authority to bind your organization
- Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately at support@galor.group if you suspect unauthorized access
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
3.1 Plans
The Service is offered in three tiers:
- Freelancer (€49/month) — Up to 5 websites, 100k events/month, 1 team seat
- Growth Agency (€149/month) — Up to 20 websites, 1M events/month, 5 team seats, includes LeadRadar, heatmaps, revenue attribution, and white-label portal
- Scale (€399/month) — Up to 50 websites, 5M events/month, unlimited team seats, includes API access, custom alerts, and priority support
Annual billing is available at a 17% discount (2 months free).
3.2 Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Growth-level access. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.
3.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and EU VAT on your behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
3.4 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Feature access adjusts accordingly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to track websites you do not own or have authorization to track
- Collect personal data from End Users without a valid legal basis (consent, legitimate interest, etc.)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service or tracker script
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written authorization
- Deliberately generate artificial traffic or events to inflate metrics
- Circumvent usage limits (website count, event limits, team seats) through technical means
5. Data Ownership & Responsibility
5.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of all analytics data collected through the Service. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You may export your data at any time via CSV export or the API (available on Growth+ and Scale plans respectively).
5.2 Your Clients' Data
You are the data controller for analytics data collected from your clients' websites. You are responsible for:
- Having a valid legal basis for collecting analytics data
- Informing End Users about analytics tracking in your privacy policy
- Configuring the appropriate consent tier (cookieless, CMP integration, or built-in banner)
- Responding to data subject access requests from End Users
5.3 Data Processing Agreement
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request at privacy@galor.group. The DPA governs how we process data on your behalf in compliance with GDPR.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. The Service is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in the EU. We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by:
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service outages (Paddle, DNS providers, etc.)
- Your misconfiguration of the tracker script or webhooks
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, tracker script, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Galor d.o.o. The tracker script (g.js) is provided under a proprietary license for use solely with the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galor d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
- By you: Cancel your subscription at any time via the billing page or Paddle portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with 30 days notice except in cases of egregious violations (illegal activity, abuse).
- Data after termination: Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. You may export your data before this period expires.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
