COMMON SETUP QUESTIONS.

How do I install the tracker?

Add one script tag to your site's : <script async src="https://cdn.galor.group/g.js" data-website-id="YOUR_ID"></script>. Replace YOUR_ID with the ID from your dashboard. That's it.

Events aren't showing up — what do I check?

First, check browser console for errors. Second, verify your website ID is correct. Third, check if an ad blocker is blocking the script. Our tracker runs from a first-party CNAME if you need to bypass blockers.

How do I track custom events?

Use the JS API after the script loads: __galor.track('button-click', { label: 'signup' }). Or use HTML attributes: data-galor-event="button-click".

How do I set up revenue tracking?

Go to Settings → Revenue in your dashboard. Add your Stripe and/or Paddle webhook secrets. Then point your Stripe/Paddle webhook to https://signal.galor.group/webhook/stripe or /webhook/paddle.

How do I add a team member?

Go to Team in your dashboard → Invite Member. Enter their email and select their role (Owner, Admin, or Viewer). They'll receive an invite link valid for 7 days.
