We run Galor.agency — a digital product agency in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We build MVPs, SaaS tools, and marketing sites for clients across Europe. Every client we took on needed analytics. And every analytics tool we tried had the same problems.
GA4 was too complex and broke GDPR. Plausible was clean but shallow. Hotjar was expensive and cookie-heavy. We needed something that worked for an agency running 10+ client sites — not a single startup. So we built it.

GA4 killed our GDPR compliance
Every client site needed a consent barrier. Data quality dropped 40%. Bounce rate was inflated. Session data was garbage.
Heatmaps were a €200/mo add-on
Hotjar charged per site. We had 9 sites. That's a €1,800/mo bill for a feature that should be standard.
No lead scoring at all
We knew which pages converted — but not which visitors were actually interested. We were flying blind.

Data ownership is non-negotiable
Your clients' data belongs to them. We don't sell it, sample it, or use it to train models. ClickHouse gives you raw SQL access.
Privacy by default, not by configuration
Cookieless tracking is the default. You opt into cookies, not out of them. Consent management is built-in, not bolted on.
Flat pricing respects agencies
Agencies have variable client counts. Per-site pricing penalizes growth. €49 flat means you can onboard a new client without a budget conversation.
