REFUND POLICY.

We want you to be confident in choosing Galor Analytics. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full Growth-level access. No credit card is required. This gives you ample time to evaluate whether Galor Analytics is the right fit for your agency.

During the trial, you can explore all features including LeadRadar lead scoring, click heatmaps, revenue attribution, funnel builder, and AI bot detection. If the Service doesn't meet your needs, simply don't subscribe — no charges, no questions asked.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a monthly plan and are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment. After the initial 14 days:

  • You may cancel at any time from the billing page or Paddle portal
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation for easy reactivation

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans receive a 17% discount (2 months free). If you subscribe to an annual plan:

  • You may request a full refund within 30 days of your annual payment
  • After 30 days, you may cancel but the remainder of the annual term is not refundable
  • Your access continues until the end of the prepaid annual period

4. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher tier (e.g., Growth to Freelancer):

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refund for the difference in the current period
  • Features gated behind the higher tier become unavailable after the downgrade
  • Your data from premium features (heatmaps, lead scores, etc.) is retained but not accessible until you upgrade again

5. Plan Upgrades

If you upgrade to a higher tier:

  • The upgrade takes effect immediately
  • You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period
  • All features of the new tier are available instantly

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@galor.group with your account username and reason for the refund
  2. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle

7. Exceptions

We may decline a refund if:

  • The account was used in violation of our Terms of Service
  • The refund request is outside the eligible refund window
  • The request appears to be abuse of the refund policy (repeated subscribe-refund cycles)

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@galor.group before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve most billing issues within 24 hours. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
